A comprehensive movement and fitness analysis is done to screen for postural imbalances and any areas of weakness. Generic programmes often miss underlying issues which can compromise enjoyment and results.
Undergoing intense work to reach your goals can always make you forget how far you’ve come. We evaluate body fat, visceral fat, lean muscle mass and hydration so you’ve always got a reminder. This not only helps qualify goals, but can also detect underlying health risks. Literally life-saving.
We are very passionate about not villainising food groups (yes you can eat carbs and meet your goals). We are about sustainability and not giving you a quick fix diet that you can’t continue.
Based on your dietary needs and likes, we’ll advise on how to fuel your body to maximise your performance. Food should be enjoyable and eating chicken, rice and brocolli 24/7 is far from that. We are about educating you to make better food choices, wherever and whenever you want.
What about outside of PT sessions?
You will be given a selection of tools to make sure you can keep on track outside of our sessions. We will run through your bespoke workout plan to give you a clear vision of what is about to be conquered. You will be able to log and track these workouts with ‘how to’s’ on your mobile so we’re with you every step of the way. This is where the hard work begins. No copy and paste plans. This is for YOU.
1-2-1 personal training packages start from £150 for 4 x 1 hr sessions.
If you’re wanting to train with mates, prices start from £200 (£100 each) for 4 x 1 hr sessions.
